5.2. Refunds, Returns:

Refunds are at the discretion of this service. and are generally not provided once a user has utilized more than 5% of their plan, or more than 3 minutes of AI features, the lower of the two. Refunds are not provided for any unused minutes / AI features after the plan has expired.

5.3. Cancellation:

5.4. Plan Changes:
